Judge Dredd returns to cinemas this September in Dredd 3D.

We join Dredd in a future America, much of which is a waste land save for Mega City One, a violent metropolis already ruled by criminals. As the only means of law enforcement, ‘Judges’ possess the combined powers of judge, jury and instant executioner.
Known and feared throughout the city, Dredd now faces the challenge of ridding the city of a dangerous drug called ‘Slow-Mo’ which allows it’s users to experience reality at a fraction of it’s normal speed.
It is up to him and his trainee sidekick Cassandra Anderson to take on prostitute turned drug lord Ma-Ma as a battle to save the city turns into a battle for survival.

The endlessly inventive mind of writer Alex Garland and director Pete Travis bring DREDD to life as a futuristic neo-noir action film. Filmed in 3D with stunning slow motion photography sequences, the film returns the celebrated character to the dark, visceral incarnation from John Wagner and Carlos Ezquerra’s revered comic strip.
